It's our Mark's birthday today, so it's time to celebrate!

Today Mark becomes the grand age of 37. We've just been out for some lunch to celebrate, and what a better day to do so, with the clear sky and the sun shining.

Happy Birthday Mark.

The countdown is on for this year's Cure Leukaemia Art Auction.

The Art Auction will take place on Tuesday May 20th, and we have heard of a great collection of pieces on offer, including a piece by the legendary Damien Hirst, which everyone is very, very excited about.

Poor old Ed is going under the knife tomorrow to fix his knee, finally.

Ed will be in hospital tomorrow having surgery on his knee to fix his Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

You'd think we'd be very supportive, as he's a bit nervous, but in the true spirit of things we're winding him up about it!

We are all looking forward to working with Amie although we're not sure she knows what she's let herself in for.

We recently had the pleasure of building a new site for the country's leading Curry house 'Itihaas'.

Itihaas took the title of Best Restaurant in the UK 2007/2008 by The Cobra Good Curry Guide; so is definitely worth a visit if you're in Birmingham.

Take a look at what they do at www.itihaas.co.uk

Happy St George's Day to you all.

Hopefully many in England, along with the few other countries that celebrate St George's Day, will be paying special attention to our National Day and celebrating the patron saint's life and bravery.

Ian is still sporting the St George's cufflinks.

BACK ON TRACK

Listening to: ACDC - Back In Black
Date: 2008-04-08

After a couple of weeks of changing staff numbers in the office, we are nearly back to full strength.

The welcome return of Gav and Al from their holidays boosts numbers at one end of the office, whilst the other end sees the return of Ed after his ordeal with a Quincy Alcer over the last couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, Shaun is still not well, our best goes out to him.

STAFF NUMBERS FLUCTUATING

Listening to: Queens of the Stone Age - Sick, Sick, Sick
Date: 2008-04-04

The numbers are fluctuating in the office this week, with Shaun now unfortunately off ill too.

A bit of good news has come regarding Ed, as he is out of hospital and gradually feeling better. We hope to see Ed return to us in the middle of next week.

Our best goes out to Shaun, and we wish a good recovery for Ed.

EMPTY OFFICE

Listening to: Bjork - It's Oh So Quiet
Date: 2008-04-02

The office is pretty quiet this week, as unfortunately Ed is still off ill, and Gav and Alex have both booked time off. Leaving only Ian, Shaun, Mark, Rich, Matt and myself in the office.

Everyone is working extra hard to keep the level of productivity high, but it does seem a little quiet with the absence of three of the team.

Again, our best goes out to poorly Ed, and we hope Gav and Al enjoy their time off too.

SHAUN RETURNS

Listening to: Girls Aloud - Can't Speak French

Numbers are up in the office as Shaun has returned to the office, after a week in France.

The office seemed quite empty last week, with Shaun on holiday and Ed off ill.

Unfortunately Shaun encountered mostly snow and rain during his break in France, and strangely enough returns to England to find clear skies and sunshine!

POOR OLD ED

Our best wishes go out out to our Ed, who is currently ill in hospital with a Quinsy Ulcer, or a Peritonsillar abscess as the medics would know it.

Ed went in to Hospital yesterday and found out that he had more than the sore throat he thought he was suffering from.

Obviously, we all wish him the best and hope he recovers soon.
