Building Your Site

So you have decided you want a new website..... what happens now ??

The first thing we do is ascertain exactly what it is that you require. This usually means we come to you to get a 'feel' of your business or alternatively you come to us. Either way we sit down and examine exactly what you want the site to do, what purpose it has within your business and how you feel it should look.

Having taken these details, we then build a specification document and put together a price package for you, this will include hosting and other requirements (such as credit card transaction facilities).

We then go to work on designs & ideas, we usually mock up a few ideas to give you a taste of what the site will look like. Some clients are more than happy with our designs and instruct us to proceed with the build, however sometimes at this point having seen draft designs a client may develop their perceptions of what they would like the site to look like. We then amend our ideas until we arrive at a mutually agreeable design.

Having agreed on the site design, we then proceed to build it. At this point we may perform other tasks that you have specified ie. filming, photograph members of staff or products and collate site information and text.

Having built the site we then thouroughly test it and ensure it works to your specifications. We then provide training in any aspect of the site that may require it ie. content management systems. The site is then published and hosted.

We then continue to provide support for the site as well as other hosting issues and email for as long as you remain a clevercherry.com customer.

It is our belief that through the way we manage clients, build websites and provide after sales support, that should you desire to alter, amend or even replace your site in the future, there is only one company you would consider.
