Don Diego

Don Diego, the new Sutton Coldfield restaurant from the Authentic Tapas Group, has now opened, and their new JavaScript website has now gone live!

Along with Casa Ruiz and Casa Naranjo, the restaurant serves authentic Spanish dishes, and with an extensive tapas menu, there's something for every taste.

Their menus are available on the new website, along an online booking facility. Our very own Sylvia can even vouch for the tastiness of their dishes!

If you've ever visited the Clevercherry office for a meeting, you're likely to have seen some of the beautiful flower arrangements created for us each week by our friends at In Bloom, who are also based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

We've just finished building their brand new website, showcasing images of their work, providing details of their upcoming workshops and keeping their clients up to date with their brand new blog.

Take a look at the site here and check out some of their amazing arrangements - they always get us Cherries fighting over who gets to take them home on Friday!

It's not actually Mark's birthday until next week, but as he's away on holiday then, we gave him his birthday gift early.

Mark says it's a sign of his age that his birthday request for the Cherries was...a brand new wheelbarrow! Happy birthday Mark, we hope you have a great holiday and enjoy playing with your present when you return!

Many thanks to Barry Carter at Workshopping who supplied said barrow and got it delivered in time; as you can see from the photos, Mark's not the only one thrilled with his present.

KLN Events

KLN Events is an event & multimedia production company based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working with both end-clients and agencies, providing creative support and technical equipment for presentation environments worldwide.

Their website has now gone live, featuring a client login area, news section and blog. There's also details of their stylish new conference and exhibition centre, set to open in Autumn 2012.

We hope that KLN and their clients will be very happy with the new site!

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a solid and proven track record of creative/ design across a range of media, with the ability to take projects from briefing stage to final artwork delivery and work to deadlines. A first class all-round designer who possesses highly creative and conceptual thinking with a good understanding of marketing communications, you'll ideally have five years’ plus experience working as a graphic designer within an agency or studio environment.

You'll also need to be a strong creative with the ability to inspire both colleagues and clients and boast a highly creative and varied portfolio. You'll need exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, a great eye for typography and layout along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, thorough knowledge of the printing process and excellent interpersonal skills

So, the winner of the Clevercherry Gold Cup sweepstake is: Ed!

Ed picked the winning horse, Synchronised, who A P McCoy rode to victory. Bad luck to everyone else, particularly Nigel, whose horse didn't even run.

A few of us also placed bets on the winner, so it's a happy Friday afternoon for us. Hope some of our friends were successful too - anyone who put an each way bet on The Giant Bolster is in for a great weekend.

Record Breakers!

It's official; Cure Leukaemia now hold the Guinness World Record for the most people dressed as nurses in one place (other than a hospital, of course!)

The Cherries were there to take part, and were really pleased to see such a great cause getting some much deserved attention on BBC WM. Here we are with the certificate - we think Matt could easily pass for a doctor!

We were also able to lend a hand with the design of the new Cure Leukaemia and BBC WM Red Alert appeal logo - hopefully you'll be seeing a lot of it this year!

Cure Leukaemia World Record Attempt

At 12.45pm on Tuesday 21st February, Cure Leukaemia are staging a world record attempt in Birmingham's Victoria Square!

To mark the launch of the partnership between the charity and BBC WM 95.6 FM, the charity are aiming to set the record for the most people dressed as nurses in one place.

We'll all be heading down, along with our friends from Succead Academy. The more people get involved, the better; all you need to do is arrive at 12.45pm and Cure Leukaemia will provide you with a uniform.

It should be good fun, and it's all for a fantastic cause. We hope to see you there!
